Who we are

Tasaud is an independent advisory practice operating under a freelance licence issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, based in Dhahran. Engagements are contracted with the individual licence holder, not with a registered company.

Scope and pricing

• The first consultation is free and creates no obligation on either side.
• No price is published on this website. Each engagement is quoted individually after the consultation.
• Scope, price and duration are sent in writing before work begins, and the price does not change after agreement except by written agreement to change the scope.
• We do not bill by the hour.
• Third-party costs and government fees are excluded unless stated.

Timelines

Agreed durations run from receipt of complete information and documents from you. Delays in providing them delay delivery by the same period.

Your obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and figures you provide. Our deliverables are built on them, and errors there carry through to the result.

What we do not provide

We do not provide statutory audit or certification of financial statements, legal representation, or investment advice on securities. These require professional licences we do not hold, and we refer you to a licensed specialist.

Nature of deliverables

Our deliverables are analysis and decision support; the decision remains yours. We guarantee no particular commercial outcome and no decision by a third party such as a funder or a government body.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and do not name you or describe your engagement without your written permission.

Intellectual property

Deliverables become yours on payment. Our internal tools and templates remain ours.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any engagement is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
