Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-08-01
This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why, and how we handle it. It applies to Tasaud as an independent advisory practice operating under a freelance licence, based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
What we collect
- What you enter in the contact form: name, mobile number, and — if you provide them — email, business name and your message.
- Aggregate, non-identifying usage data (visit and page counts). We use no tracking cookies and do not link this to an individual.
We never request national ID numbers, bank details or any sensitive data through this site.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation. Nothing else, and we send no marketing without your asking.
Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of your request to contact us, consistent with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
Who we share it with
- Our website hosting and infrastructure provider.
- The email provider that delivers your message to our inbox.
- The scheduling provider, if you book an appointment.
We never sell your data or share it for advertising. Some of these providers process data outside the Kingdom under contractual protections.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for twenty-four months, then deleted.
Your rights
You may access your data, correct it, request its deletion, and withdraw consent. Contact: hello@tasaud.co
Cookies
Only what the site needs to function: your language and theme preference. No advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you see no consent banner.
Changes
